Hands down the best online course I’ve ever taken. All the funny stories really helped me remember the crazy terms and weird rules. I crushed the exam and came into a new career field hitting the phones with confidence. If you’re shopping around and come across this review, stop searching and sign up. I was hesitant at first on which program to go with but took a chance on this course and it paid off. I was so confident with what I had learned that I questioned myself I even took the right course because word on the street is this stuff is hard to comprehend and remember. After two weeks of going through the course and materials, I passed the exam a few days ago. I spent 2-3 hours a day reading a chapter, watching the videos, and taking quizzes. As recommended, don’t skip around, follow through chapter by chapter. Don’t move on if you have not gotten at least a 90 on the quiz. Follow Jack’s Tips on how to be successful on the test and you will pass.

I loved this course. The videos are easy to follow, and I really appreciate having an actual book to study from. I would highly recommend this course prep!
