Certificates of Completion: Please either email (preferred) or fax us your completed and signed study logs and course evaluations. If faxing please call to be sure we received it. Allow 2 business days for course auditing and processing certificates of completion. *Note: Be sure to follow the examples on your study logs and instructions on the home page of your course before submitting study logs. If you need to resubmit your documents please resubmit ALL of your documents.
Need a Course Extension? Please use the form to the right to request a course extension. Extensions are typically given in 30-day durations up until your test date. Please include your name and/or order number with your request. *Note: Extensions are only given to students who have purchased full pre-licensing courses. Sample practice exams are not eligible for extensions.
