Course Taken - Washington State Property & Casualty Pre-Licensing Course
Americas Professor is hands down the BEST! I took the exam this past Friday and passed on the first try! Everything – from the organized textbook chapters, to the info-packed and entertaining video material, to the test questions at the end of each chapter collectively helped me achieve success. The information was explained in a way that made it easy to understand and actually retain it. Huge thanks to Jack Morton and the rest of the team for making this a great experience and helping me pass!!

Absolutely loved this course. The videos, textbook and practice tests made learning this material simple and fun. I passed my Georgia P&C test on the first time. I will definitely be back for more classes and in fact have already referred someone to take this class and she loves it too. You can not go wrong with this class and the customer service is excellent!

THEY KEPT MY MONEY!!! I wasn’t able to make my exam date due to a family emergency! They put me through the ringer just to try to get my exam rescheduled. I gave them a DR. note just like they asked for and it STILL WASN’T GOOD ENOUGH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to go through my credit card company to get a REFUND! I wish I could give the ZERO STARS! I studied 34 chapters for no damn reason! WHO KEEPS PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT GET THE PRODUCT??????
AP RESPONSE: Hi Terry, I think you are confused. We (America’s Professor) are your course provider, not your exam provider (Pearson VUE). The exam provider, Pearson VUE, kept your exam fee because you didn’t follow their protocols (below). As we mentioned in the email correspondence, we do not schedule or reschedule student exams, nor have we ever done so. The “guy at the testing center” was incorrect in saying we are the ones to contact to reschedule. You are responsible for making those arrangements. Sorry if Pearson VUE didn’t answer the phone. I recommend you try contacting them again and if you don’t find a resolution contact the Insurance Commissioner’s Office. Please feel free to return our course materials and we will happily give you a refund. Good luck to you in the future.
Pearson VUE’s Candidate Handbook page 13:
CHANGE/CANCEL POLICY
Candidates should call Pearson VUE at (800) 274-0488 at least forty-eight (48) hours before the examination to change or cancel a
reservation. Candidates who change or cancel a reservation with proper notice may either transfer the fee to a new reservation, or may
request a refund. Candidates who change or cancel their reservations without proper notice will forfeit the examination fee. Refunds
for credit/debit cards are immediate, while refunds for electronic checks and vouchers will be processed in two to three (2-3) weeks.
Candidates are individually liable for the full amount of the examination fee once a reservation has been made, whether paid individually
or by a third party.
Course Taken - Washington State Life & Disability (Health) Pre-Licensing Course
I was originally recommended to take America’s Professor class from a family friend, who also took the Washington Insurance test after taking the America’s Professor and easily passed.
I am so glad that I signed up with America Professor for Life, Accident and health Insurance. I passed the state test easily! I did study, but noticed that the “memorizing” techniques that are taught are very helpful. I had no trouble recognizing certain insurance terms, which could be quite intimidating.
I will never forget the difference between terms like “Survivorship” and “Joint,” or “90 days,” or the myriad of other terms lodged firmly in my brain. I have a friend who actually took the Washington State Life, Accident and Health Insurance test not long ago and failed four times in a row after taking a different insurance course. She gave up, and decided it was not for her.
So, I highly recommend America’s Professor course. I also advise everyone to pay attention to when the Prof says “this will be on the test” in his lectures. If you memorize nothing else, commit those to memory. Make a note of it in your book! Make the notation “TQ” next to the relevant text after the prof says those words, because when the time comes you will recognize the questions and fly through the answers with confidence.
Thank you Professor for your memorization techniques, thank you for interesting lectures. I always felt a little sorry for “Nancy,” and laughed at some of the stories and examples. The upside down airplane and negotiations with Nancy were also very helpful.
Best Regards,
Happy in the State of Washington, a grateful insurance producer

I selected this course based on recommendations and it was great. I appreciated the printed work book as well, and the ability to print up my completed exams to use for review. The company that hired me used another, more expensive pre-licensing course for their life and health, and I had to screenshot and print everything, even test questions individually, plus if you needed a course extension it was 40 dollars. This course is far superior. Thank you Americas Professor! I look forward to taking my Property and Casualty to become a multi-line agent!

Thank you so much Dr. Morton! I took my GA adjustor exam today and passed. The information in the book and lecture is perfectly written. To anyone reading this review after completing this course you will definitely pass. I made sure to remember the key terminology provided through each chapter. Take a deep breath and make sure you relax. If you stumble on a question that you don’t recognize mark it and review it at the end using a process of elimination. You will have a good chance of possibly getting it right or wrong. Good luck to anyone on their adjuster journey and thank you Dr. Morton.

Excellent resource for learning about Property and Casualty Insurance. I passed my exam after using your course! The organization and repetition made it easier to understand. Thank you Jack! Your humor made it fun. And hopefully Nancy doesn’t care if you pick on her. And is there really a cousin Eddy??? LOL

America’s Professor has been awesome! Using this course, I have achieved a score above 90% for both my Life, Accident, and Health and my Property and Casualty exams. The videos are entertaining and informative, the text is well-organized, and the practice tests are EXTREMELY helpful.
Plus, the customer service has been excellent. I contacted America’s Professor on two separate occasions through email, and the response time was basically immediate.
Thanks America’s Professor!
