absolutely horrible and very dissatisfied. I started taking my first tests beginning of may and it is now almost mid June and every time I have gone into test I have only passed one out of the two and now I am taking my casualty for the third time. It says In the book we don’t go over farm coverage’s because they aren’t needed for the exam however I had farm coverage questions which I then after had to go back to my own works pamphlet to look through. Biggest waste of money and even more of an expense paying 60 bucks a test each time I am having to take it. Yes I watched the online videos and did the tests. this was a joke im glad there was another book even though its from years back that I could study and actually pass property. I don’t recommend this book series for anything.

AP Response: Hi Jen, Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your course… we will refund your money ASAP. Unfortunately, you did NOT watch all the online videos and complete the chapter quizzes.  In order to successfully pass the insurance license exam it is imperative that you complete the entire course before testing (ex. 33% is not sufficient due to the difficulty of the PSI exam). Not completing your course before taking your licensing exam is definitely setting yourself up for failure and extra test fees. 🙁  The content you are referring to is covered in your course. It’s also important to remember that we are here to help with content questions if you have them. We realize many people have full-time jobs and other responsibilities to attend to and that’s why we stick with you until you pass your exam, helping with extra course time and weekend support if needed. Good luck and we hope you find a pre-licensing solution that works well for you.

I used both Kaplan and this course to assist with my Federal and State Lic. test. I caught myself saying “thanks Jack” several times during the actual tests. I averaged a 94% over the four tests. This program works!! The support staff are unreal and go above and beyond to help their students Thanks Pat!! I wish they had a Series 66 and Series 7 program. Follow their program, call with questions and I can not see how anyone can not get the same results I did. Thanks

I really appreciated the lectures and way the material was communicated. The way that you presented the material allowed me to retain the information needed to pass the exam. I passed the exam the first time! Thank you.

As the course intro says, AP people pass. Easy to follow and instructive. Jack makes the material easy to digest and understand. I will for sure be getting the Life and Health course when it comes time for that. Right now, I am enjoying passing my P&C on the first attempt.

Great course!!!! I passed on the first try. It was a lot of info to take in but after finishing the course, taking the exam was a breeze. I recommend this course because I saw a lot of the same questions on the exam that were on the practice quizzes. Morton could teach this stuff to a Monkey! Two thumbs up!!!!!

This course is broken down in a way that everyone is able to understand the information and retain it. I would recommend paying special attention all of the section quizzes and the final exam. The system provides explanations for those questions answered incorrectly.

Also, I would advise test takers not to get too caught up in mastering each section….its way too much information. Just under the basic concepts + the quizzes = Success!!!!

I highly recommend! I found this site the night before my exam while looking for extra exam questions. I had taken another online course and just wanted access to more practice questions. It was well worth the $19.99 just for the review video which was included (which was very well done and definitely tipped me a few things I did not see in my other course), and I appreciated that some state specific questions were included. I just passed! Thank you!

If it wasn’t for this course, I would not have passed the GA P&C Adjuster exam. The information taught and shared was thorough & easy to understand. I was NEVER bored with Professor Jack’s teaching videos. I wish he’d put together MORE videos for other Insurance courses. I was able to grasp the insurance concepts and meanings quickly and very well. Also, I appreciated that I was able to extend my time using the on-line quizzes and videos until I PASSED my exam. Thank you so much for putting this program together, and not just for my state of GA.
