I passed on the first try and I’m so thankful to find this program for pre- licensing for life agent. I started out with EXCEL and found it very hard to follow. I became so frustrated and told my recruiter that everyone learns differently and when I took pre-licensing for property and casualty I was hired by a company that taught in a classroom setting with a book, teacher and online ( and passed that test on first try). So when I found Americas professor I was so glad that he offered all the above for his pre- licensing course. The professor made it easy to follow along. Now the testing center in Georgia does not give your score, just passing and if you take this course; 55 of questions are on the knowledge part of life the agent and then 35 are on common Georgia law and insurance commissioner’s role( make sure you really study this). By time I got to the Georgia common laws/commissioner’s role in studying, I got kind of laxed and fretted somewhat on the test because I focused so much on knowledge part of the insurance role. So heads up on that and If I could give this program 20 stars I would.
I signed up on Monday 2/24 went through all of the chapters within 5 days. studied from 8am – 5pm every day, took my test on 3/1 AND PASSED FIRST TRY!
Passed the state exam on the 1st try! This pre-license course was great and prepared me for success.
This was the 2nd course that I took and I appreciate how they divided the material into 30-45min segments. It wasn’t material overload like the last course and the quizzes were essential to my success. Would recommend to anyone!
PASSED! 1st Try! GA Life National and State. Well-developed material and easy to understand. I really liked that each sentence on the page had line numbers assigned to them. This made following along easier. Dr. Jack does a great job of providing word pictures to remember things. For example, I90 and 90 days regarding AD& D.
I took every chapter quiz and the final exam multiple times. By the time I sat for the Person VEU test, I felt confident. Also, the information regarding how to apply for the test and my license was spot on. Finally, even customer service was excellent, thank you Annie!
Americas Professor is simply the best place to complete your prelicensing. I passed my exam today! Take the practice quizzes and tests; you will pass trust me I also passed on my first time 2 years on my P&C exam and I used Americas Professor. THANK YOU JACK!
Honestly, I would recommend this course for anyone seriously thinking about making a career out of life insurance. the life insurance exam was toted as being one of the hardest exams to pass and when it came my time to take it, I finished in a little over an hour with a 91. in all my years of college I have never been that prepared for an exam. Dr. Jack Morton is a great instructor and if you put in your due diligence you’ll find the exam a breeze! thanks Americas professor!

How To Pass
The information on the exams is challenging, and the material covered is not common knowledge. Following AP’s course study guide (included with each course) will give you the best chances of passing your exam on the first try.
Here is what AP recommends, based on our decades of experience:
- Watch all course lectures in order while highlighting and taking notes on our instructor’s key points to remember. Replay any videos you didn’t understand.
- Understand the content well enough to score at least 90% on chapter quizzes. Your first attempt at a quiz will tell you how well you are comprehending the materials.
- Take your state exam as soon as possible after completing the course. The longer you wait, the more you will forget.
- Check for course updates before testing.
