This course was awesome! I loved the style of teaching, and the textbook was very easy to follow. I watched every video and highlighted everything the professor did, made note of every time he said “this is usually on the exam”, and wrote down the test tips, those sentences he pointed out as frequently on the test, and all the questions I missed on that chapter’s quiz as my study method. I passed my exam on my first attempt!!
This course was phenomenal. I’m not an online student person but to listen to the instructor teach the lesson on video and follow along in my book where I can make notes and highlight important material as if I was in a classroom setting was just what I needed, he made the class interesting and not boring to be able to learn and retain information. The required hours were 20 it took me about 37 to complete which was three weeks due to me having a full time job and family. I scheduled my test a week after completion and pass. I would say there were some questions that may be asked that you may not recall going over but if you read your material and pass the end of the chapters with the recommended 90 or above you’ll be fine. I’m definitely interested in another course.

This is a little embarrassing…. I used America’s Professor in 2019 and PASSED. Here’s the embarrassing part: I let it expire and I had to retake it. And PASSED again. You cannot go wrong with America’s Professor! Jack teaches the material so it can be understood….and that NANCY! Watch out. (It’s all part of his teaching style).
I struggled with a different program that had only 11 huge chapters! Thank you Mr. Jack for making this process in comparison – Night n Day!! Passed my exam on the first try. I read the chapters, followed along in the lectures, and made sure I passed my quizzes with a 90 or above. The state test was set up just like the quizzes and tests in the course which was a relief. I will be using America’s Professor for other pre licensing in the future.
I took the Life, Accident, and Sickness course two years ago and passed the test but did not get a license within 12 months. I went through the Accident and Sickness course this past April and it was a breeze. You will truly learn this content if you follow the guidelines as opposed to earning a quick pass on the exam. How To Pass
The information on the exams is challenging, and the material covered is not common knowledge. Following AP’s course study guide (included with each course) will give you the best chances of passing your exam on the first try.
Here is what AP recommends, based on our decades of experience:
- Watch all course lectures in order while highlighting and taking notes on our instructor’s key points to remember. Replay any videos you didn’t understand.
- Understand the content well enough to score at least 90% on chapter quizzes. Your first attempt at a quiz will tell you how well you are comprehending the materials.
- Take your state exam as soon as possible after completing the course. The longer you wait, the more you will forget.
- Check for course updates before testing.

I took an online course and found the written materials together with the video class beyond helpful. It was interesting, thorough and kept me engaged.
