This was great. Jack was very informative and can be very entertaining. I passed my health first time. The life I passed the second but that was my fault not preparing as I should have. I am older and was very nervous to take this course but Jack does a terrific job explaining with examples. I also enjoyed watching him drink his coffee with his Morton Salt umbrella girl mug 🙂

This course was great, straight to the point. I studied the practice exams that they had and aced the licensing exam. You will get different questions but if you want to become an adjuster make sure you study the NY Fire Policy they have a lot of questions on that. I am planning to take my NY exam and looking forward to taking the course again.

The study guides, video lectures, supplemental information and quizzes were all presented in a straight-forward and easily digestible manner.
