The Course content was excellent and well taught however I have called in several times about the self study questions not loading properly and also the questions being squeezed so that I cannot answer all of them. This is so frustrating. It causes me to miss questions and also I have to go back and load this section two or three times before it shows up and then, there is the cumbersome part o having to work within a squeezed small area. I am not happy with this result.

AP RESPONSE: Hi There, Sorry you had a difficult time with the quizzes. I remember talking to you regarding your router issues and wireless signal strength. Unfortunately we have no control over our student’s computer systems. Our quizzes are one of those items that save instantly so if there is a break in your internet connection there can be a problem. Also, if you’ve changed your computer’s display setting to zoom in, it can require that you zoom out a little while taking your quizzes. This issue is covered on the Help/FAQ page in your course or you can always feel free to give us a call and we will try to help with our recommendations (just like the pesky Windows 10 side notifications you were receiving 😉 ). Jack you’re the best instructor and your system really works. I scored a 90% on the exam 150 Questions and it took me an hour to finish it.

Your product was incredible. attempted to take the P&C and Life and Health on the same day, spent 2 weeks watching the videos and reading the books ( tip !! increasing the speed of the videos cut the time in half) passed both exams today couldn’t be happier, and with the Allstate discount the experience was perfect !! thank you

I took this class because of the reviews that others posted and now I know why people will post such positive reviews. The course material was great and Jack’s videos are extremely helpful. His hints on how to memorize coverage’s and his humor in describing situations helps recalling those coverage’s when taking the tests. I highly recommend this class to anyone preparing to licensing.

Excellent course, highly recommend. I have taken other online courses and this was by far the best. The study materials and videos are extremely helpful and I recommend doing both, I passed in two weeks on my first try!!!! I really like how the instructor gave scenarios and took the time to really explain each one in simple terms. GREAT JOB!!

Great course. Videos do a good job explaining the material. Lays out what you need to pass the test.

I studied this course in two weeks and passed the test on the first try. I am beyond happy with my results. My best advice is, read the chapter first, then watch the videos while you take notes, and DO NOT move on if you can not pass the quiz with a 90 or better. I did all of this and had no problems with the exam. I also said a prayer before each study session. GOOD LUCK to you all.

This is an excellent course. I past the accident and sickness state exam the first test. I feel this class prepared me well. I am very pleased with there service!!

I stumbled across this course searching the internet for the right course to take to prep for my insurance license. The course was had so many great reviews I was a little skeptical at first! 🙂

I’m SO HAPPY I decided to bite the bullet and take this course! Insurance is mostly boring but with the videos and books to follow along it was so EASY and interesting to learn & keep up with. The little things he said in the videos were so great and sometimes silly but it made you remember important facts!

I’m not a good test taker and I freaked myself out the first time so I did fail on my first try, but I wrote to AP and they helped me work on the areas that I needed help with and I PASSED with flying colors the next time I took the test!!
