America’s Professor (AP) course subscriptions are sold to single individuals, not groups. Each student must have and use their own course.
- Do not share your America’s Professor username and password information.
- Do not copy, cite, distribute, or reproduce America’s Professor’s materials (videos, text, questions, etc.) without explicit written permission.
- From time-to-time America’s Professor is contacted by a student’s employer and/or potential employer regarding course progress (ex. certificate of completion eligibility). If you do not wish to share this information with your employer and/or potential employer please let us know. This setting can be found inside your user profile after your course is purchased.
Customer Service – “The Golden Rule”
We are proud to offer U.S. based customer service to help guide our students through the pre-licensing process. Our Content Support Specialists are available via phone or email to offer support with content related questions, technical issues, moral support, and other general trouble shooting through the pre-licensing and licensing process. To that end, we follow the Golden Rule—treat others the way you want to be treated! We understand that there can be frustrating parts of the process to get your license and we want to help whenever we can. However, disrespectful, hostile, abusive, or profane language will not be tolerated. If you choose to engage in this type of dialogue with any member of our staff (either on the phone or through email) we reserve the right to immediately terminate access to your course and you will be issued a full refund. Management will not tolerate these types of interactions as we value the well-being of our staff.
Students who exceed the initial course subscription time may request a course extension (only applies to full pre-licensing courses with free extensions). Course extensions will be give to students for as long as needed, in time increments AP feels is reasonable (typically 30 days). Once a student has passed the licensing exam, access to the course will terminate. No further extensions will be given.
USPS – Delivery Issues
We ship all orders as they are received. All orders received before 1:00 pm MST are shipped the same day via 2-day/3-day Priority Mail. Unfortunately, once we tender the packages to the United States Postal Service (USPS), the packages are no longer under our control. We provide tracking information to give you the best estimate of when your course materials will arrive. Should you encounter delivery issues please contact the USPS. There is little we can do if you get a delivery confirmation but no delivery, however if you still haven’t received your materials within two weeks we will re-ship them free of charge. Remember, you are provided with a PDF file of the materials within your course that you can use until you receive the hard copies. Please be patient as we deal with delays with the USPS.
Licensing Exam Information
AP is committed to assisting our students in passing their licensing exams, however AP will not be held responsible when a student signs up for a wrong exam. Selecting the appropriate course based on your individual career goals is ultimately your responsibility. All Licensing Exam Information is explicitly included within your course and is the student’s sole responsibility. Please double check that you are signing up for the correct exam which corresponds to the license you are applying for. Any questions regarding your exam should be directed to your state’s test provider.
AP is also committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your information secure. We will not share your personal contact information with any third parties, unless you specifically ask us to. Please keep in mind that minimal information may be shared with state regulatory agencies so you can receive credit for completing your education requirement.
Secure Credit Card Processing
Credit card information is processed by a reputable payment processing provider (authorize.net) and is always encrypted for your protection. AP does not store credit card information.
All AP website content, course content, books, and other course materials are copyrighted materials. Any unauthorized duplication is prohibited. America’s Professor is a trademark of America’s Professor, LLC. All rights reserved.
AP reserves the right to send you occasional notifications and special offers via e-mail. If you tell us to stop sending you these types of e-mails, we will gladly stop as soon as possible.
Waiver of Liability
AP offers our courses and other information contained within this website on an “As Is” basis. America’s Professor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of this site or its contents.
