I would like to congratulate Professor Jack Morton for his professionalism and dedication to making it easy for students to learn, and for the support material and review questions that are great for retaining the information. I am 62 years old and have an intermediate level of English. But the technique of the course allowed me to translate it, to really learn since I previously bought a course in Spanish, but nothing compared. After 28 days of study (it took me a little longer because I had to translate), I took the exam and passed on the first try. Thank you Americas Professor, you opened an opportunity for me, Latino community forward, so that language is not a barrier. We must continue studying every day. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend the course. Now I want to take the one on life and health.
All I can say is I am SO thankful for Jack and this course. I took another course, in the past, and this one is WAY better! Every morning I was actually looking forward to studying and listening to Jack’s stories that made the material relatable and easy to remember. There were 110 questions on the first section of my exam and I was only unsure on FOUR questions. I felt SO confident and grateful as I was taking my exam. I even studied in the chaos of having a two and five year old running around! I also LOVED having an actual book to study from and highlight in as I was listening to the videos.
I just passed my P&C exam on the first try! I am now studying for the Life, Accident & Health exam. I really like America’s Professor study materials and website. Just passed P & C Exam in the State of Kansas. Enjoyed Jack and all the examples he used to help me understand. I also really liked having a book that I was able to follow along in while watching the videos. The customer service at AP was outstanding. Working a full-time job, family commitments and trying to study, the initial 45 days was not enough for me. I sent an email and got another 30 days to review. I scheduled the test with Pearson Vue to take it online and was successful. Thanks again AP……I will recommend you to others!!

Due to a learning disability, I have almost always requested extended time for exams. With the amount of material I had to study for the KS P&C exam, and knowing that it may take me longer to grasp the material compared to others, I wasn’t sure if I would be prepared to take the exam in three weeks. How To Pass
The information on the exams is challenging, and the material covered is not common knowledge. Following AP’s course study guide (included with each course) will give you the best chances of passing your exam on the first try.
Here is what AP recommends, based on our decades of experience:
- Watch all course lectures in order while highlighting and taking notes on our instructor’s key points to remember. Replay any videos you didn’t understand.
- Understand the content well enough to score at least 90% on chapter quizzes. Your first attempt at a quiz will tell you how well you are comprehending the materials.
- Take your state exam as soon as possible after completing the course. The longer you wait, the more you will forget.
- Check for course updates before testing.

The review videos, questions and concise textbook really helped me understand what was needed to know and pass the national and state exams. Jack did a great job explaining things in an easy to follow way as well as giving mental queues on how to remember certain information.
