This was an amazing and very detailed course! The course materials were very clear and easy to understand. The videos were a great addition to the study materials. Although the materials covered a lot of information, Jack simplified it! I passed my test on my 2nd try! The 1st time I was a bit nervous and caused me to 2nd guess my answers. Pat took a look at my results and helped me to study the areas where I fell a little short so I was better prepared the 2nd time.
