“AP people pass” is true. I love Jack’s humor which makes me remembering all the riders smoothly. However, test bank is far from the real questions. I passed LH on my first try with a narrow margin, even I spent lots of time on the materials and understand the concept very well. I felt unprepared during the test and doubting myself almost on all of the questions. I cannot recall the free look period for the replacement policy, long term care according to Medicare, and they use home office and corporate head quarter as list of locations where the premium checks should arrive… I don’t see any similar phrases, choices of words, or even sentence’s constructions in the real exam. I wish they do because this is not a English test. Please be clear in your questions so candidates can show you how much they know about the subject. Either the test bank need to be closer to the real questions or the test writer needs to be consistent with the textbook language. Call one thing in 2-3 different ways is not helpful. Most of us are new to the industry and already confused.

AP RESPONSE: Congrats on passing your exam! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not memorize and study our review questions. Submitting a 0% on a quiz to study our questions to then score 100% is a losing strategy. We have one chance to see how well you retained the material we taught and that strategy makes it very difficult. The bottom line is that the exam we are preparing you for is poorly written and difficult. The only way to prepare students (in our minds) is to teach them the content. There is no way we can prepare our students for all of the vaguely and poorly written questions they will see. The exam will call one thing potentially by different names (definitely not ideal to a student we know!). As Jack mentions in the course, this is like trying to drink from a fire hose. We do our best to teach the concepts so you can rationalize through the questions and hopefully come out on top the first time! 🙂 Again, congrats on passing the first time!!!
