Jack, thank you so much! I was a little scared to take a course online. Jack, made it such a great experience. His videos were engaging and kept my attention. I thought that working in the healthcare field, I would know all of this but no I didn’t not. I studied the bare minimum (lol) but passed on the first try! Thank you again!
