I took a long time to finish my training. It wasn’t because it was difficult or anything like that, it was because I had very little time to set aside to do it. On the day that I write my review, I’ve taken and passed my exam! I passed it the first try. I was quite nervous going into it because my co-workers (who did NOT use America’s Professor) had to take their exams more than once. One of them had to take it 5 times. I should have been filled with nothing but confidence because the courses were both thorough and easy to understand. I’ll definitely be recommending America’s Professor to any future co-worker and anyone else that needs these courses.

I loved the course as a whole. Great practice, manageable, and I could go at my own pace. I passed it this morning and I’m really happy about the way this course was set up. The lecture videos are also great, as he highlights test questions or what concepts will be on the exam. 10/10 recommend.

America’s Professor was a great way to prepare for the P&C Exam! I was given until May 1st to pass my exam. I had it available for the first 45 days and needed extra time. They responded very quickly and gave me an extra 30 days and I PASSED!! Whenever taking my exam, I even saw some of the same questions that came from the quizzes. This course really prepares you for the way the exam words questions, and what they expect you to know to be able to pass. I cannot thank you enough for helping me out! 10/10 Recommended!

The Course content was excellent and well taught however I have called in several times about the self study questions not loading properly and also the questions being squeezed so that I cannot answer all of them. This is so frustrating. It causes me to miss questions and also I have to go back and load this section two or three times before it shows up and then, there is the cumbersome part o having to work within a squeezed small area. I am not happy with this result.

AP RESPONSE: Hi There, Sorry you had a difficult time with the quizzes. I remember talking to you regarding your router issues and wireless signal strength. Unfortunately we have no control over our student’s computer systems. Our quizzes are one of those items that save instantly so if there is a break in your internet connection there can be a problem. Also, if you’ve changed your computer’s display setting to zoom in, it can require that you zoom out a little while taking your quizzes. This issue is covered on the Help/FAQ page in your course or you can always feel free to give us a call and we will try to help with our recommendations (just like the pesky Windows 10 side notifications you were receiving 😉 ). Please let us know if you have any other concerns or questions. Take care. 

Jack you’re the best instructor and your system really works. I scored a 90% on the exam 150 Questions and it took me an hour to finish it.
I felt very confident throughout the exam.
