How to Purchase a Course for Someone Else:

We are transferring to a new shopping cart that allows employers/purchasers to purchase courses and enroll students from a purchaser’s account. If you are purchasing a course for someone else, please create your own account during checkout and select the option you are purchasing the course for someone else. After the purchase is complete you will have a manage licensing link that allows you to create a student list and assign courses to a student. Please have their first name, last name and personal/business personal email address. See the video below for a quick overview of what to expect!

Tips and things to remember…

• Be sure to create your purchaser account with an email personal to you. Your AP account will consist of a billing contact information for future purchases, saving time when checking out.
• If you need to ship materials to more than one address you will need to put in individual orders.
• After your purchase, use the My Orders link to assign courses to students and see order history. This link will also be sent to your email.
• Be sure to send the student(s) the invite using the Manage Licenses area in your account. This is how they will get access to their course.
• Please do not use the same student email account for multiple users. Email addresses are like social security numbers in our system, everyone has their own and it should not be used by someone else. So, please do NOT assign courses to employees up using “staff@…” as it is likely that someone else in the future will also use this same email address and it will duplicate progress records.
• Course prices are for one user. We stick with student until they pass their exam. If they need help, please have them reach out to us.
• Student progress reporting is available; please contact us to determine your needs.
